Brunnier Art Museum
The state's only accredited museum emphasizing a decorative arts collection and located within a performing arts complex.  Lectures, receptions, and tours are available.

Christian Petersen Art Museum
Named for the nation's first campus artist-in-residence, who sculpted at Iowa State from 1934-1955.  Exhibitions focus on Petersen's art and contemporary changing exhibitions.

Farm House Museum
This national historic landmark is a restored home reflecting the period from 1860-1910.  First building built on Iowa State Campus.  Open by appointment.

Ames Historical Society
Ames' local history organization presents programs and exhibits and cares for an artifact collection.
