​In the simplest of terms, what does your company do?
We help people visualize their future by designing inspired spaces with long-term value! We do this through full service architectural, structural engineering, and interior design services for all types of businesses and organizations.

What type of jobs are there within your business?
We employ intern and full time positions for architectural design, structural engineering, interior design, building technology drafting, graphic design, marketing coordination, and office management/administrative services.

What accomplishment or milestone is your business most proud of?
We have many successful projects we are proud of throughout central Iowa we have completed over the years. However, considering the difficulty we all experienced over the past two years, I think we are most proud of being able to keep all our vitally important staff and even grow our business in this difficult business climate. This is truly a testament of the relationships we have with our clients and the communities in which we help.

What are some ways your business and its employees have engaged with members of the community?
Many of us have participated and volunteered on several boards and commissions over the years. We have served on such boards as the Ames Public Art Commission, Octagon Center for the Arts, Campustown Action Association, Ames Economic Development Commission, Ames Main Street Board, and the Ames Zoning Board of Adjustment.

What do you believe your business is best known for?
I like to think our company is best known for prioritizing the needs of our clients by working to achieve their goals and aspirations! We strive to help and enhance every situation we are involved in providing a lasting positive experience.

Is your business looking toward any big chances in the near future?
We are striving for steady consistent growth to better serve the needs of Ames, Story County, and surrounding areas. We are working to double our staff in 8 years!

Why is Ames/Story County a great place for your business to be?
We love the community orientation that is prevalent in Ames and Story County! Everyone is interested and striving for the same goal of improving the quality of life for the entire region!
